Privacy for the website

This Privacy Policy explains how Industrial Next collects, uses, and discloses information through the public website at industrialnext.ai and related marketing pages. It is written for our current website as it exists today, not for future product workflows or enterprise deployments.

What we collect

Information you choose to send us. If you contact us by email, click a mail link, or otherwise communicate with us directly, we may receive the information you include in that message, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your request.

Basic website and device data. Like most websites, our hosting providers and infrastructure may generate ordinary logs that include information such as IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, referring page, requested URLs, and the date and time of access. We use that type of information to keep the site available, secure, and operational.

Theme preference stored in your browser. This website stores your light or dark mode preference in `localStorage` so the site can remember the theme you selected on later visits from the same browser.

Website form submissions. If you submit the demo request form, we collect the information in that form and ordinary request metadata such as user agent and IP address so we can respond to your inquiry and operate the website.

How we use information

We may use information collected through the website to:

  • Respond to inquiries, demo requests, recruiting outreach, and other messages you send us.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Remember your theme preference on the device and browser you use to access the site.
  • Comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, and investigate misuse of the website.

Third parties and sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, or operate the website, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.

This website also triggers requests to third parties when necessary to render or support the experience. For example, we load web fonts from Google Fonts, and if you choose to click outbound links, you may be taken to third-party services such as LinkedIn or your email client. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect the safety or rights of Industrial Next or others, or in connection with a financing, acquisition, restructuring, or similar corporate transaction.

We do not currently describe this website as using advertising pixels or a standalone marketing analytics stack in the current implementation.

Retention, security, and choices

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to your messages, keeping business records, protecting the website, and meeting legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information related to the website. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other information about how your personal data is handled. To exercise those rights or ask a privacy question, email automate@industrialnext.ai.

Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
